Laser pipe cutting machine is a kind of equipment which uses laser technology to cut pipe. It uses a laser beam of high energy density to irradiate the surface of the pipe instantaneously, 

so that the pipe instantly melts and forms a cutting gap. Through the motion control system, the laser beam is accurately positioned and controlled to achieve the cutting of the pipe.

Basic parameters

For pipes with diameter of 20mm and thickness of 1mm, the laser pipe cutter can use the following parameters to cut:

Laser power: 500W-1000W

Cutting speed: 30-50mm/s

Gas type: Oxygen

Focal length: 125mm

Cutting quality: smooth, no burr, no deformation

It should be noted that the stability of the pipe should be kept in the cutting process to avoid vibration and deformation. At the same time, the distance between the cutting head and the

 pipe should be ensured to avoid affecting the cutting quality.
