Job responsibilities:
1. Work with the business department to confirm product development requirements with customers for new projects, investigate product performance and intended use, and translate into internal specifications and related process control documents.
2. Led the project development as the project leader, led the project team, assigned tasks, implemented relevant measures, established the project plan and followed up the project process to ensure compliance with the schedule requirements. Coordinate and deal with problems and anomalies in project implementation in a timely manner, and report to company management to obtain relevant resources when necessary. Lead design release/transfer process to ensure new product mass production on schedule. Cooperate with the legal department to make the product launch in the target market smoothly.
3. Report the project progress to the client on behalf of the project team, and communicate the client's requirements to the project team.
4. Lead the design change process, follow up the implementation of the action taken against the change, prepare and complete the ECR/ECN, and host the meeting related to the design change.
5. Cooperate to deal with abnormal production process and customer complaints.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in electronics, mechatronics or more than 5 years of working experience in electronics industry. Experience in industrial machinery research and development is a plus.
2. With innovative and creative spirit, dare to put forward forward-looking ideas for product design and verify them.
3. Familiar with the process and requirements of industrial machinery product design and development and change control, with project management ability, cross-departmental coordination and communication ability.
4. Able to use relevant statistical methods to solve and deal with problems in the process of project development.
5. Understand the laws, regulations and standards related to industrial machinery products.
6. Rich technical document writing skills and document review experience.
